Cameroon: Ntep in the final list against Mozambique, not Ganago

Return confirmed for Paul-Georges Ntep! Recently recruited by Boavista, the 29-year-old striker was preselected by Cameroon coach Toni Conceição for the double confrontation against Mozambique on October 8 and 11 as part of the 2022 World Cup qualifiers. And the former Rennais appears in the final list of 28 names unveiled this Tuesday alongside executives such as Choupo-Moting, Toko-Ekambi, Bassogog, Aboubakar, Zambo Anguissa and Moukoudi.

On the disappointed side, defender Joskym Dawa, CAN 2017 winner Arnaud Djoum, and strikers John Mary and Ignatius Ganago (Lens), on the other hand, are out of the group compared to the preselection. André Onana and Ambroise Oyongo are still absent respectively due to suspension and injury.

Winners of their first playoff match against Malawi (2-0) before losing to Côte d’Ivoire (2-1), the Indomitable Lions will play big against the Mambas.
