Already qualified for the semi-finals of the CAN under-17 qualifying tournament in West Africa Zone B, Côte d’Ivoire scored another success against Ghana (3-1) on Tuesday in Lomé, in Togo. Moses Fofana (10 th ), Charles Likpa (48 th ) and Cédric Don (68 th sp) allowed the Elephants to win despite the reduction of the opposing score signed by John Batigi (51 th ).
In the semi-finals, the Ivorians will face Niger, 2 nd in the other group . For its part, Ghana is eliminated and preceded on goal difference by Nigeria who will fight against Burkina Faso. The two finalists of this tournament will validate their ticket for the CAN U17 which will take place in Morocco.
The final classification of group B: Ivory Coast 6 points, Nigeria 1 point (-1), Ghana 1 point (-2).
