The Toffees have started the season very well with excellent display of football and absolute cohesion of individual brilliance by some players from Everton when they beat Crystal Palace at their home grounds by two goals to one with another wonderful display of football by James Rodriguez.
Everton played well from all departments of the game and got the opening goal from inter positioning display from Andre Gomes to Seamus Coleman then to James Rodriguez who set up Dominic Calvert-Lewin to notch home his fifth goal of the season.
Crystal Palace were not relenting in their attacks and got the equaliser through their dangerous winger Andros Townsend ten minutes later. Everton had the last laugh when they were awarded a penalty which was converted by their Brazilian player Richarlison.
The second half was a ding ding affair with Crystal Palace bombarding the Everton goalmouth for the equaliser. Everton held on to win the three maximum points astake and to lead the EPL after three games.
