Ghana Deaf Sports Federation today sealed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Korean Deaf Sports Federation in Caxias Do Sul,Brazil.The Korean Athletics Team did wonderful and they were amazed with what the Ghanaians put up in the Athletics events at the ongoing 24th Summer Deaflympics in Brazil.
The President of the Ghanaian Deaf Sports Federation,Mr . Jonathan Amuah in a meeting with his Korean counterpart Lee Jonghak had a fruitful discussion on the way forward for Deaf Sports in both countries. Lee Jonghak was happy after the meeting saying that , they can tap into the Ghana’s expertise in Football while Ghana can also take advantage of other disciplines where it falls short.
Present at the meeting were both presidents of Deaf Sports Federation for Ghana and Korea and also their Korean technical director. This MoU will go a long way in helping Ghana Deaf Sports in future.
